This company lost my payments two months in a row, and then had their collection agents harrass me repeatedly over the phone. They left harrassing messages on my voicemail every day (I'm at work during the day, so I was never there to answer their calls).
Every time I tried to call the customer service center to straighten things out, I was put on hold for 30-60 minutes.
I finally got my service cut off last month, and they actually sent me a refund check for $53.
Then, last week, their collection agents started calling again and leaving harrassing messages on my voicemail!
They may be cheap, but IT'S NOT WORTH IT!
