Pros: Had the lowest rate. When having on the road problems whey where quick to help.
Cons: Truck was in poor condition, franchised dealers inconsistency.

Really sorry to read about your experience with Ryder. Between the rain ruining your belongings, the truck getting 6 mpg, no guts, not being able to see the road at night, and then to top it all off being charged $7.00 for more fuel, I wouldn't be a happy camper either.
