Thanks Kristina! We're a bit hesitant with so many negative reviews on the store...check them out! Looks like if you need any customer service, it's not there...

I am glad to hear it worked out well for you and the padding has not been an issue! :)

Will let you know what we end up doing...might be a few months or so...

It's held up VERY well. In fact, I just had it professionally cleaned (we're slobs in our house) and it's amazing how it hasn't faded over time nor has the softness/texture worn itself as much as I thought it would.

What kind of padding do I have? Alright, this is a technical question that I'm not sure about :).

Yep, pulled up an OLD review of yours...well written, thanks! Quick question, after 3.5 years or so how do you like the area rug? The padding quality, is that holding up? Which kind of padding did you get and do you like that decision now? How about the feel of the carpet, the texture, etc.?
