I purchased the oven last spring sine my un-airconditioned house gets quite hot in the summer and the oven dinners I like can add a lot of heat to the home. I use primarily use the bake and broiler settings. A great London broil is a snap in this oven as are baked potatoes. I purchased the optional dehydrater rack but haven't used it so far. Be aware f you do use it to roil meats the door is not removable and be rather difficult to get really clean. One corner of the outer case was loose when I opened the box but it was easy to see where the screw that had come out belonged and I haven't had any problems since.
