I ordered a Fantom vacuum cleaner from HSN and it died a year later. I discovered that the 2 year warantee was void because fantom went out of business. However I contacted HSN to complain and they send me a settlement check for 75% of the purchase price. This impressed me that they stand behind there products like that. I also ordered a computer from them (a Compaq, also out of business). The price was very good but the computer has had some compatibility problems. This could just be a Windows issue and not the computer. Overall I was satisfied.
