T- Mobile Pocket PC Phone Edition left high and dry (Reply to this comment)

I purchased 2 of these phones from BestBuy. I dropped the phone 1 time from my pocket to the floor (short drop, I'm 5'10") and the screen cracked. Took it back and BestBuy said we no longer deal with these phones. I had purchased a $79.00 warranty for each phone also. I said what about that. They said go to T-Mobile buy a new phone and they would give me the difference. Not the plan I bought. T-Mobile charged me $70.00 to replace the screen and that's that. Don't go to BestBuy.
