Hi,
Some subscriptions take a long time to start. If it is over the time suggested on your account information, I suggest you contact the site. I haven't had problems with any of my 7 subscriptions yet. Please let me know if you get satisfaction. I may want to update my review with your problem. Here's hoping the problem gets resolved.
