Travelocity has owed me over $1600.00 in a refund for a cancelled trip for my family. THEY HAVE FOR OVER 3 MONTHS!!!! They don't dispute that they owe me, but still refuse to pay me my money. Now they tell me it will be about another 2 months before I see a refund, stating that another department should have taken care of this! Their internal battles should not be my problem. So now I've paid twice for these tickets. WAY TOO MUCH TO PAY!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
