Everything that came in the box: 1 Compaq Tower, 1 keyboard, 1 mouse, power cable, Windows pamphlets, CDs'd.

I owned this system for all of two days. Yes it was easy to setup. However as soon as I started it up there was an error message. "Missing or corrupted" file in the Windows directory. I called Compaq, which is part of the new Hewlett Packard. They told me to do a full system recovery(mind you this was after two minutes of operation.) So I did and that just ended up with more corrupt files. I swear this was one of the most frustrating experiences.
Now I decided to keep the Compaq 17 inch monitor and exchange the system. Well I did exchange the system and when I got home to hook it up I noticed the monitor was unplugged. I inquired of my mom and she said the monitor was quote "smoking." That was it. I took everything back.
