Recently purchased the ViewSonic VA520 for my home and I'm so far very impressed. I'm returning the 17" Gateway LCD I had just purchased with an new system because this 15" just blows it away. The colors are vibrant, contrast is excellent and the text is sharp for a analog LCD.

The only downside is it doesn't offer some of the features of others such as swivel from side to side. However ViewSonic does offer an add-on module to add many features such as better HDTV support and USB inputs.

Comes with a 3-year parts/labor warranty which has become the industry norm with monitors, anything less is suspect.

In summary, if you are looking for an economical (comes with a $100/rebate right now), small, vibrant monitor, this one fits the bill.
