I bought a ProForm Elliptical Glider from Dunham. Overall, the service was fine, except that the representative kept trying to scare me into buying extended warranty coverage. The representative promised delivery within 7 days, and it arrived within that time frame. The product was brand new, all the pieces in the box (I had to assemble the equipment myself), and no post-purchase hassles to contend with. I was initially skeptical about buying something so big and immobile from an internet retailer, but I was pleased with the results. To their credit, Dunham retained a competent shipping company who brought the item to my home undamaged and on time.
