Be very careful about SprintPCS. I travel quite a bit, and their mobile phone reception is very poor in many areas. My experience is that their overall coverage is far worse than other mobile phone companies (such as AT&T, Verizon, or AllTel). The WORST thing about SprintPCS is their customer service. THEY ARE VERY CUSTOMER UNFRIENDLY. They made me jump through hoops to get rebates they promised, and they also changed the rules on their calling plan with the goal of charging me more money. In addition, their customer service reps are sometimes rude and not helpful.

MY ADVICE IS TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!
