To be honest, I completely agree with your sentiments. Their customer service are the untrained dredges of customer service cast-offs too uneducated to even work at the return counter at K-Mart. (Or perhaps they're purposefully trained to be that unhelpful. Which would be just plain evil.)
In any case, if the only review someone read was yours, would it really sway their opinion? We need more details... specifics... what's wrong with Sprint PCS? Is anything right with Sprint PCS? If you were in charge of their company, what would you change?
