Very simply, I'm still up in the air on this service and am glad they're receiving some competition. They have twice told me they shipped disks (from a town about 15 miles away!), and nothing arrived.

Further, they send out scratched and cracked disks. And there appears to be little or no quality control, since they've also shipped disks in an envelope with the wrong name (they go by the name on the envelope, so you end up getting the wrong title).

On the other hand, I've been fairly pleased with their coverage of new and old titles, although I'd be the first to admit that their catalog organization stinks plain and simple. The service is incredibly convenient for someone who hates returning things to a video store.

But, you know, in two months of service, they've already screwed up six times, out of approximately 20 disks sent, which is very poor performance.
