I've only had this camer for about 5 days and used it with yahoo messenger and it works just fine. The best resolution is 640 X 480 (don't know why you would use the other settings?) and the picture is nice and clear. The microphone can be a little sensative meaning you can't yell or talk real loud or else it will distort the sound but if you just talk normal, it works fine. the programe was easy to install and took about 10 min to get everything set up. I paid $49.99 at Best Buy for it but you can get it cheaper on the net if you look around. If you just need a camer to make videos or email video messages or do yahoo messenger this camer should do fine, but if your looking for complex video meetings and crystal clear pictures then you need to spent another $50 or $75.
