I have ordered several times from Computers4sure.com, and I have yet to be disappointed. My latest purchase was a HP 2210 Printer/Fax/Scanner/Copier. Even though their price was not the lowest, I still bought the machine from them because I knew that the item would arrive on time.
I researched ahead of time on which multi-use machine I wanted, and it was easy to find on the Computers4sure Web Site. All of the technical information on the machine that I wanted was there on the Web Site for me to verify, including what cables, cartridges, etc. I would need. Although I have found other Web Sites slightly easier to navigate, I did not have any problems on the Computers4sure Web Site, and load times for pages were much better than average. I chose the machine and the cable I needed, added them to my shopping cart and entered all the pertinent information at checkout in a matter of minutes on a Sunday evening. I immediately received a confirmation of my order by e-mail. Only 24 hours later, I received an e-mail that my order had shipped, and it arrived in good condition on my doorstep on Wednesday morning, less than 72 hours from the time I placed the order.
I mentioned that the prices were not the lowest, but for my machine they were within a few dollars of other on-line sites and about $100 less at the time than the regular price of the machine at Best Buy, Circuit City, Viking Office Products, etc. The cable was $14 less than the sale price in my office supply catalog. I don't mind spending a small amount extra when I can rely on the service and not have to waste time on hold on the phone trying to track down an order.
So I would highly recommend Computers4sure.com. Even though they don't always have the absolute lowest price, I believe that they offer one of the best values and the least hassle that I have had with any on-line site. After all, what good is saving a few bucks if your item doesn't arrive when you need it?
