I placed my order on 10/11/02. My credit card was charged right away. But I never got my magazine, so I checked with MagMall in late November. On 12/4, I got an email saying my subscription will start with the February issue. How is it that I place an order in early October, but it doesn't get processed until February?? This is horrible customer service--although the online representative I've dealt with has been very polite.Still, having to wait 15 weeks for a subscription to start? That's inexcusable. I should be offered a free subscription or something.I will not be a return customer. And I'll recommend anyone I know to steer clear of Magazine Mall.
