I am from the Philippines and loved this article about Filipino food. You are right, the food in the Philippine restaurants are better than the ones in the U.S. But I think the Philippine restaurants in the U.S., some of them are also pretty good, but not as good as the ones in the Philippines.

Being a sucker for exotic foods, I might want to give this a try. Problem is, there aren't any Filipino restaurants in my area!
