The Madcatz Control Pad Pro has the coolest and most comfortable rubberized grips that you will love after long hours of gaming. The buttons are mostly the same with the stock controllers but with the added macro programmability for complex moves. Moreover the vibration is supposed to be stronger but I haven't felt much difference.

I especially like the rubberized grips because they provide a non-slip handle and softer feel to the control pad. A must if your hands sweat a little (or a lot) during the game. The fact that the buttons are pretty much the same as the original Xbox control pads means you do not have to re-learn the control so you can jump right in. Or better yet you will be just as invincible in your friends' home with the original control pads!
