After reading so many negative reviews of Paltalk recently, its nice to read a different viewpoint. But a few more details would make this review much more helpful. What are the shortcomings you mentioned? What is the optional $25 fee for? How well does Paltalk handle video? How is it installed and how does the software (is there software to be installed on your computer?) work?
