Pros: Tiny, Rechargeable, Good sound, lots of accessories, and easy to use
Cons: hard to use controls thru case, software is not Win XP certified (still works though)
The Bottom Line: Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase and I am convinced that the Bantam BA 350 is the biggest bang for the buck in the mp3 player realm.

I got mine and was able to start using it immediately after I charged it up. The software was easy to use (drag and drop type functionality)and fairly intuitive. The player came with a cassette adapter, multi-colored face plates, a USB cable, decent headphones (wrap around the back of the head style), and a case.
The player itself has great sound and the controls are very straight forward and intuitive. It is also very small and it feels weightless when cliped on to a belt or the waistband of workout clothes.
The only drawback (and this is minor) that I can see is that the case completely encloses the player so it makes it difficult to operate the player controls while it is in the case. You can, for about $8, get a motorola startac belt clip cradle and it seems to fit nicely and still gives you access to the controls. I tried this with a friends belt cradle and it seemed pretty secure.
Also, I had a small problem when I was ordering (not at all Bantam's fault) and I sent an email to their support and called them. I got immediate help and an answer to my question while I was on the phone in less than 5 minutes. About 30 minutes later I got a reply to my email as well. So, it would appear that they are on top of their game in the support department as well.
One last note, the shipping was extremely timely and the item was well packaged. I didn't have any missing or broken pieces and everything looked identical to the website pics.
