I believe that a consumer has rights, and there is no way you should have problems requiring that amount of expense after two years. I would get on the phone, call the company, and ask to speak to a supervisor. If it is defective, you should have a new range.

Might I suggest giving a general overview of this range to help potential consumers know if this is right for them.
How does the broiler work, what about the range of the oven?
Is this easy to clean? Personally I have a gas range and would probably go for another one if had the option.
Try reading around the site under areas of interest as well and see how members incorporate all the necessary specifics into a VH review. Also to find some more items you have in your home so you can offer further reviews.
