Pros: Call Quality, Coverage, Minute usage easily tracked
Cons: Need some better equipment
The Bottom Line: I recently switched plans and the customer service reps were great, I would recommend anyone looking for a new service to definately check out Verizon.

I have been with Verizon for almost six months now and have yet to encounter any problems. The service works great everywhere (unlike my previous service, AT&T) and I never have dropped calls. I switched to Verizon b/c I wanted nation wide coverage at a decent price. I looked at all the companies-Sprint (they dont work inside buildings), Cingular (a friend who had their service told me not to waste my money and time), and a few others. I had AT&T and was always getting my calls dropped. Now I have Verizon and have encountered zero problems. I only leave the state 4 times a year and it has worked great everytime. Even out in the sticks of Indiana I can get reception where others cant. Between FL and VA I use the phone and its great.
