Pros: Solar Powered, Analog/Digital Display, Titanium finish, very comfortable.

| aashok's Full Review: Citizen Citizen® Men's Skyhawk Watch 051-3475... |
See a picture of this watch here, on my profile page.
I finally got fed up with changing batteries in my favorite watches and decided to get the Citizen Skyhawk EcoDrive in Titanium. The correct model number for this watch is JR3060-59F. (epinions.com...please correct it)
Out of the box I was pleasantly surprised by the light weight for the amount of metal in my hand. It is fairly large. The face is 1.75" and the black dial is 1.25" with a rotating slide rule bezel around it. The clasp has a safety lock with quick release buttons on the side. The watch itself has a three position pull out crown with a push button on either side.

The Good
Solar powered rechargeable battery.
Clear analog and digital display.
Handsome case styling, large analog digits.
Light weight (titanium model only).
Accurate timekeeping.
Preset time for major US and world cities.
The Not so Good
Only digital time adjustment.
The watch is designed to maintain accurate UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) same as GMT (Greenwich Mean Time). All other world time zones are an offset of UTC. For example, New York City or EST would be UTC-5 hours. PST would be UTC-8 hours. The UTC comes preset by the manufacturer. It can only be adjusted thru the digital display unlike most watches where you use the crown to move the hour and minute hands.
World time zones only in 1 hour increments.
The watch does not allow for world time zones in 30 minute increments. What this means is that in some countries like India which has a difference of 5.5 hours from GMT, the watch can only be set 5 or 6 hours and will be either half hour behind or half hour ahead.
The Bottom Line
This is a great watch regardless of any quirky functions. No changing batteries, no shaking your hand violently to wind up an autowind, very light titanium body and band, and full of grade A testosterone. What more could a man want in the only acceptable form of masculine jewelry?
Oh, and no Bling Bling....
