I agree, Ad Aware is a terrific program (and it doesn't hurt that its still free).
You might want to work the following into your review:
"If unsure of a file, delete it manually by using the directory given in the results. "
Not sure why you recommend deleting manually. Any reason why you don't recommend using Ad-Aware's Backup/Restore option when deleting files?

I'd be inclined to send readers to Ad-Aware's home page, www.lavasoft.de, where they can get the latest version, as well as get support in the message forums, online FAQ's, etc.
Might also mention what version you are using, how often this is updated, and what system you are using it on (hardware/operating system/internet surfing habits), and how often you find spyware on your system.
