I ordered a memory board for a computer on 11/8/02. It shipped on 11/11/02 and delivered to wrong place on 11/15/02. However, the error was with Fedex. I called Buy.com on 11/18/02 and found the rep to be very helpful. I explained I could not submit a lost shipment report since I had to wait a minimum amount of time. He suggested reordering, then he would submit a credit for me. I did this and and the credit was rcvd shortly. I had the same trouble with Fedex the 2nd time but I finally did get my order. I did not have to pay $10 for cust. srvc at that time, this must be a new, and bad, policy. Here are some phone numbers: 877-780-2464 or 949-389-2000 for cust srvc.
