My experience was good...I got lucky. by masterrom | Dec 16 '02 I ordered a memory board for a computer on 11/8/02. It shipped on 11/11/02 and delivered to wrong place on 11/15/02. However, the error was with Fedex. I called Buy.com on 11/18/02 and found the rep to be very helpful. I explained I could not submit...Return to opinion

Thanks for taking the time to tell us about it, and to provide the telephone numbers. It's amazing how hard some ecommerce retailers make it to just get in contact with them.
