The worst customer service I have ever experienced

Best Buy.com..ordered 3 things, they shipped separately and the middlepackage never arrived. I was told that I needed to fill out an affadavit attesting to not receiving at which point they would issue a credit...this was an Xmas present and they wont send me the form til 12/20 as I requested ground shipment and it may take up to 10 business days to get to me...when I asked how I was supposed to get this for Xmas I was told that I would have to pay for expedited shipping..they felt it wasnt their fault it was lost and have no care about customer service.
I waited on hold 3 times...once for 20 minutes,once for 10 and once for 30. I tried to speak with a supervisor, but no one would help and no one at their corporate office would take responsibility for the problem. I have literally spent a couple of $1,000 there this year and they are losing a customer over a $20 game...and they dont care...DON"T SHOP AT BEST BUY
