Pros: Cheap. Full featured.
Cons: Intermittent operation. No support (do not answer).
The Bottom Line: I would avoid ECS. Just not providing any support at all is enough reason. When the product doesn't work reliably, it's fatal.

Both the onboard sound and the keyboard port have been unreliable since purchase. I tried several keyboards and speakers, so the problem is on the motherboard. I was not able to return it to the store because it would not fail on demand.
Tech support does not answer my e-mail and I cannot find a phone number, so I'm stuck. It took some detective work to even locate the manufacturer. They are too ashamed of their work to provide contact information with the motherboard.
Having an intermittent keyboard is a big problem, and I would recommend avoiding ECS products, since they left me holding the bag. Sometimes I have to spend hours wiggling the keyboard socket.
Avoid ECS. The price is not worth the trouble.
