We regularly rent movies from Blockbuster and have never had a problem. However, I will never use blockbuster.com again.
I had a really hard time maneuvering through their site. I had received their sale paper in the mail and it stated that you could purchase the items in the store or on-line. So I went searching on-line for the Ernest movie DVD set(don’t hate me-it’s for a 9 year old boy) advertised in the paper. I searched top and bottom-movie names, actor, looked all through the box sets and their on-line gift catalogue and could not find it. So, after on hour, I called my husband in case I was having one of those moments. He gave up after 30 minutes. I emailed their customer service for assistance. After sending the email, I got an automated reply stating I should hear from a customer service representative within 48 hours. That was 3 ½ weeks ago and I still have not heard anything. A second email also did not get a response.
With service like that, along with difficulty in navigating through their site, I will NEVER use their site again.
