They don't correct their own mistakes.

I ordered an Xmas gift, a book. Upon placing the order via their web site I received confirmation email and everything looked good. However, upon shipment they also sent me email and the title of the book had changed! I replied in email telling them this, and that I was concerned the order had been screwed up. No response.
Sure enough, when I got the package it contained the wrong book. Checking the order back on the web site, it still showed the correct book title. Okay, great, at least it hadn't morphed while in their database somehow. I emailed them yet again. I also used their web site to file a complaint about the order.
Well, I checked on the status of my complaint, and they have denied the claim! Yet there is no explanation of why they have denied it. Note that I still have never received a response from them regarding my two email messages about all of this. So I try calling them up on the phone only to be told that if I want to talk to a human it will cost me ten dollars and what is my credit card number please?
So... that pretty much means they can bite me and I will never purchase anything from them ever again. They are empirically unwilling to fix any of their own mistakes and they adamantly refuse to communicate with me.
