I have shopped at Kmart.com a few times. One in particular kept me from ever returning.

You are on your own when you order from Kmart.com. Customer service is not helpful and they seem to all say different things. I order three items from Kmart and one item was out of stock and I wasn't refunded my money until I CONTACTED kmart.com twice!! Also, I used a coupon and when the shoes were returned (I couldn't have returned them since they were out of stock), I lost the 5.00 coupon on my entire order even though I had ordered two pairs of boots that qualified for the discount. Don't order from this company online.

but got $50 in a gift certificate from them because I had to wait a ridiculous amount of time- they had the address wrong in spite of my confirming it 4 times! jo
