Since I lived in Hawaii, my order seem to arrived later then everybody else. In the web site it prompt for 2 weeks delivery. I didn't get my books till 4 weeks. They don't have a email contact when you are inquiry about your orders. You would have to call them on the 800 number. Which was an inconvenient for me, since I can't reached them during their regular hours, because of the time difference. Customer service was pretty friendly when you get a hold of them, but the getting hold of them is part of the problem. It has a Large selection of books, but you have a certain time to access them. Recently I went back to the web site to find more computer-related books, it doesn't show me any books at all. Make me feel like this is one bargin store. Very unreliable in what they have in their stocks. It's not a repeating experience for the buyer.
