Ordered the Comfortaire Celenia air mattress from Nationwide Mattress.com.on 1-1-2003. I also ordered the Visco pad and Foundation cover. A representative (Richard D.) from Nationwide Mattress called the same day to inform me that the Visco Pad already comes with the mattress I ordered and explained to me about Foundation cover.Turns out I didn't need either one and saved me $151 dollars. Any other place would have just processed the order without checking and taken the money. The people at Nationwide Mattress have really impressed by calling and double checking my order.
