Good deals but not the GREAT deals of the past

I have ordered dozens of times from Overstock. I usually find myself buying jewelry and household items, but nothing is off limits. When I started shopping with Overstock (early 2000), I scored some INCREDIBLE deals. My biggest deal was a $14,000 bracelet (I saw the exact same piece at Fred Leighton so I verified the price) for $1,000. I have bought Ebel and Baume et Mercier watches (always after an exhaustive search for the best price--BEWARE--their prices are NOT always the lowest on watches), etc.
The web site is not as easy to navigate as it used to be--probably because there is more merchandise to sift through. I am sure I am missing out on great deals because I have lost the patience to explore it in detail.
If you know what you are looking for and are willing to take the time to search, you might come up with a deal--but probably not a mind-blowing deal like in the good old days.
6/6/04 Update: Sorry, Overstock, but I'm going to have to take a star away. I recently ordered a rug for my new house. I was very excited to receive it--but it never arrived. I called to inquire on the status of my rug and found that my order had been canceled because they were out of stock. They explained that sometimes they miscount their inventory. They never sent me an e-mail to notify me of the order cancelation. That was bad customer service as far as I was concerned and I let the customer service representative know that I was very disappointed. She said they were expecting the exact same item back in stock in a couple of weeks and took my e-mail address with the promise that they would notify me once it came back in stock. Five weeks later, the rug is still not back in stock. I think they told me that the rug was coming back in stock just to shut me up! Overstock, you messed up this time.
