I've been with Verve Hosting for only a short time, but I am beyond thrilled with their services already, and I don't see that changing.

Verve Hosting was recommended to me by a friend when I expressed my extreme dislike for several other hosting companies I'd tried. I was told by this friend and a few other online friends that there was no going wrong with Verve Hosting.

On my first visit to their website (http://www.vervehosting.com) I was pleased to see a variety of hosting options, something for every budget and every website size. Hosting Packages range from 10MB to 200MB and from $5 a month to $40 a month.

There are NO setup fees involved with any of these hosting packages, and they are set up quickly. I have had a few dealings with several departments at Verve, and all email responses I've gotten have been extremely quick. I usually receive a response, if nothing else telling me that they'll look into something, within 5 minutes. The staff is one of the most friendly, helpful and knowledgeable I've had the pleasure of working with in the past several years.

After a few months with Verve Hosting, I have a little more to say. I have never found the server to be down when I've tried to access my site, and haven't heard from any visitors that the site has ever been down. I've even started hosting my newest domain with Verve Hosting, and so far, I'm very happy.

I spent some time looking through my Control Panel (where I've spent very little time) and found an absolutely amazing Log of every visitor that's come to your site. Including their Operating System (Windows 95, 98, etc.) their browser, how long they stayed in your site, where they came from, where they went after your website, and MUCH more. I was absolutely thrilled to have found that.

My only complaint this far, is the billing situation. They notify you two weeks past the 'due' date- this is their standard procedure (after I inquired) your not charged a late penalty, I just found this rather strange.
