I received a Photosmart 7150 for a Christmas gift and was very pleased with its performance. However, after a few days I kept getting random "document failed to print" messages. Then the printer diesd completely and wouldn't print at all. Nothing I tried worked, so I called HP for help and waited 35 minutes to get to someone. She basically had me redo everything I had done on my own, and finally admitted I had a dead printer after it failed to print its own test page. Then the really bad news- all she could do was to send me a REFURB that I would get in 12 days! I told her that I paid for a new printer, not a refurb and that 12 days was an absurd shipping time. She politely told me I could get faster shipping if I agreed to pay $20. Keep in mind this printer was less than 2 weeks old. So, folks bottom line-great printer fro a company that doesn't seem to care too much about its customers. Be forewarned if you decide to buy the 7150 or any other HP for that matter.
