Pros: Screen
Cons: Limited Expansion. Unreliable.
The Bottom Line: Limited memory and peripheral expansion and unreliability make this a poor choice.

Definitely don't like the limited memory expansion capability, but I also had severe quality problems with my Ipaq 3650. I have had to return my unit for repair a total of four times to date.
Details:
#1. Battery completely discharging erratically,
#2. Joystick inoperable,
#3. Screen user interface erratically drawing random horizontal and vertical lines all over the screen,
#4. Unable to power up the unit. Ive ensured the battery is fully charged, tried a hardware reset and a software reset the screen remains off. The problem initially exhibited itself when sitting in the cradle. The Outlook Today screen was displayed and ActiveSync erroneously showed not connected. Taking it off the cradle, the Ipaq would not turn off and pressing any of the buttons had no effect the screen was frozen on the Outlook Today screen. I proceeded to do a software reset and I am now unable to power up the device. As noted above Ive also tried a hardware reset using the switch at the bottom of the unit.
