I ordered the Comfortaire Cerulean from Nationwide on 1-7-03. I spoke to Richard DiBenedetto who was very helpful. He explained that since it was past normal business hours he would place the order with Comfortaire the next day. He also said that all the e-mails confirming the placement of the order would be sent out at the appropriate times. Talk about speed. My mattress arrived at my home on 1-10-03!! In fact another Richard (I think everyone at nationwide is named Richard) called on 1-13-03 to tell me that Comfortaire was experiencing computer difficulties and that my mattress would be shipping shortly. He was as surprised as I was that my mattress had already arrived. I figure Comfortaire may not have been able to confirm to Nationwide that they had shipped the mattress due to the computer difficulties they were experiencing. I had asked Richard at the the time I placed the order if they would match another company's offer to upgrade me from the regular foam to the Visco. Well I not only received the mattress quickly I received it just the way Richard said with the upgraded Visco at no extra charge. I am very impressed with this entire transaction. I just hope sleeping on this mattress is as good as it was buying it from Nationwidemattress.com I will submit feedback after a few weeks of sleeping on it.
