Bad experience

I gave up after 6 weeks of waiting for my order. Calls to customer service yielded different answers each time I called, and no progress in my order being processed and shipped. After three tries I cancelled my order and got it from Lens1st instead. They were more expensive but delivered on time. Maybe Vision Direct is okay if they happen to have what you want in stock, but I wouldn't risk ordering from them again.
