You get better service from 1800mobiles if you don't order at all...

I'm always the type of person that gives internet sites a chance. So I thought I would give 1800mobiles that same chance and I will tell you what, I will never give them another chance again. Their customer service was horrible, you end up waiting for at least 20-30 minutes before you reach them and when you finally get them on the phone, they are rude.
I ordered a neoprene case from them and kept up with the order status. Day after day it never changed. After a week I decided to call only to hear that they were out of stock. Well when I ordered it that day its availability was same day. I also checked right after I got off the phone and the availability was the same day.
I proceeded to send them an email and find out why they do that to their customers. Why they tell you one things when your website says another. We as consumers try to work on trust but its companies that do this that don't help. Did they write me back you ask? NO they did not.
I called them again a week later. I find out that my order was cancelled. Why? Because they said they discontinued it! They also said they have not had the chance to send out emails yet. Well THANKS FOR TELLING ME. I checked earlier that day and my order was NOT cancelled. But lo and behold after I got off the phone it was cancelled. I even said while on the phone that "I am not giving the authorization to cancel my order" and they said "okay". Don't waste your time on this site, go to the mall and find those little stand that sell this stuff because at least you can talk to real people.
