SO WHAT! NOTHING SPECIAL, RIGHT?
The Musician's Friend web site (easy to navigate) also offers a free Newsletter, Free Email, Product Reviews, a Search Engine, Tech Tips, Articles, a Fun Zone, Downloads, Music Links, and the ability to Track Your Order. The site also has a Spanish version if English is NOT your primary language.

I have placed several orders (ranging from $20.00 to over $100.00) - Musician's Friend has added "free" bonus items to several of my orders (for example: a key-chain with a leather pouch for guitars picks). Widely criticized, I've had no problems. I called the 1-800# once (1-800-391-8762). The attendant was polite, and helpful.

While the prices are low at Musician's Friend, or any on-line store, I do make purchases locally at times. Musician's Friend does not have a repair shop and does not sponsor local artists and events.
