I ordered my Panasonic DVD burner on a Sunday evening. I e-mailed them about a price match and was granted it in about 10 minutes via e-mail along with free third-day air FedEx shipping. They upgraded me free to second-day air and the box arrived in great shape right on time, signature required. I would have liked more peanuts on the side of the box but it was packed well enough and item was not damaged. It was factory new.

The Web site is easy to use but I would not consider any price on there a final price. Email or call for a better one. Some items have a "click for our best price" link...always do that at least.

This is my third purchase from Onecall and all have been perfect. The store's "real" name is Huppin's.
