I have had Cellular One, now Cingular One for over 10 yrs.
I have been extremely satisfied. I have only had one bad customer service in all these years. Not knowing too much about the phones I had to call several times for different
reasons. Everyone has always been helpful. I have since purchased two more phones, one for my grandaughter and one for my daughter. I have the 3 phones on the same bill which is great and got good plans for all three. The phones you purchase at their stores are a lot higher than the same ones in the mall. When I spoke to customer service about the price difference they gave me a credit. What more could I ask. I am happy with what I have and would not switch. I will never be without my phone. I intend to stay with Cingular One forever.
