Pros: Choice of plans, customer service, and reception.
Cons: Lack of phone variety.
The Bottom Line: Rich features and lots of minutes at much better rates. And no deadzones or dropped calls.

I've been using Sprint in New York for almost 3 years now and have had little trouble with them. There used to be some dead zones in Downtown, but since they upgraded their network and I switched over to the Vision plan and phones I have had no deadzone problems. I have never had dropped calls either.
I compared plans from carriers when my contract was up, but the Sprint plans offer the most features and minutes for the least amount of money.
For those who use the wireless web, my Sprint experience has been great. And it is enhanced with the color display phones. The only downside I would say to this feature is the SMS. Instead of directly coming to your phone you have to log on to the Sprint site to retrieve your message.
