This company has excellent customer service and does not tack on outrageous shipping charges. The camera I ordered was out of stock, but they shipped it out as soon as they received it from the manufacturer. I received an e-mail just about every other day with the status of the order. The entire process from ordering to delivery took a little over one week using UPS ground. (It would have taken less time had there not been a Monday holiday.) The camera was brand new, in original packaging, works great, and the price was one of the lowest I found. This company has two stores in the Washington suburbs so is not one of those fly-by-night outfits.
