Don't "get connected" with Verizon!

Pros:The only pros to Verizon are the"non-human services!
Cons:In short... the lackluster customer service reps, as well as any other Verizon employee.
The Bottom Line: If Verizon were the only cellular service provider... I would use tin cans connected by a string! Long live Voicestream!!

I was looking for a great deal in a cellular service provider, and I suppose that is where I went wrong. My wife and I signed up for a plan that would cover NM and AZ and soon learned that we were lied to. The cost was 30 cents per minute inside our own state!!! The customer representatives at Verizon blew a $789.36 cell phone bill off and told me it was no big deal and would be corrected in a couple months!!! Outrageous! The hands free kit which I now know is not made for the Verizon phone I carry, was sold to me for 249.00. I had to fight with the reps again to be reimbursed for their lies. If you are looking for a great deal in cellular service "disconnect" Verizon from the list, and save yourself a headache or 50!
