I had two color jobs to run in my office and our color printer went down. Terrified that I'd miss the deadline, I bit the bullet and knew I needed some color copies. Who could I call on such short notice? Believe it or not, I called Office Max. The staff was so friendly and supportive I was literally shocked. They ran sample copies for me at no charge, hand collated my jobs for me at no charge, since their color copier did not collate, and completed my job with time to spare. They even offered to deliver it to me for free. Good service is rare in today's business world. I will always be a customer of Office Max now. And I'd highly recommend them to anyone. I just hope your store has as great a staff as my local one does.  |
