I am fairly happy with this printer. I have had it now for about 2 1/2 years, and it still works great. It works with Windows 98 and Windows XP which is a nice factor. I was afraid when I got my laptop that I would have to get a new printer. I think the idea of having separate ink cartridges for the different colors was a very good idea for a printer. I us a lot of black ink. It has saved me at least $500 if not more, not having to buy a set of all the colors each time I need a new black ink cartridges.

I have not had very many paper jams. The ones I have had, have all been easy to correct.

This printer prints very well. I use it for preparing butcher blocks for classes and the pictures always turn out very nice.

The printer came with a version of Print Master, which has come in handy itself. I use some pictures for my butcher blocks as well. I feel I have gotten my moneys worth.
