Incredibly bad customer service. Initial order was ok, but follow ups are still unresolved, they don't return calls. I ordered a portable DVD player and a warranty, they charged me for both but never sent the extended warranty. they don't answer their calls and the number is long distance, I'm on hold forever and they don't answer.
I've reported them to the BBB.
